Yep, we are still here and still have a house to flip! With the early December warm weather Brian was able to work outside & then it got COLD! REALLY COLD!
Progress continues & is bit by bit (front porches were renovated & a dead tree felled) & in an act of great hope we put a Christmas pot out front BELIEVING this would occur next year as a FINISHED home.
